Acceptance of terms

By using the Uraikkal website or product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Uraikkal on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Product availability

Uraikkal is under active development. Features, outputs, and availability may change, and the product is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

Outputs are implementation guidance — not a substitute for expert review

Uraikkal's outputs — including posture assessments, policy recommendations, Netskope policy packs, required object checklists, testing plans, and design documents — are implementation guidance. They should be reviewed by qualified security and vendor experts before being enforced in any production environment.

Your organisation remains responsible for the policies it deploys, the data it protects, and its own regulatory compliance. Uraikkal does not provide legal or compliance advice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Uraikkal only for lawful security and governance purposes within environments you are authorized to assess, and not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or misrepresent Uraikkal's outputs as certified audit results.

Intellectual property

Uraikkal and its underlying models, frameworks, and content remain the property of Uraikkal. Deliverables generated for your organisation are yours to use internally and with your clients as agreed in your service arrangement with Uraikkal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uraikkal is provided "as is," and Uraikkal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
